Go Dinky! Go Dinky!
Visitor coming tomorrow - Ziggy!
All hail the Zigmeister.

I always thought my cats could read because when I stocked their canned food in the pantry they would watch intently, then they would refuse to eat what I bought the most of, even if it was their favorite flavor the week before.
ReplyDeleteCrazy, isn't it? I honestly do think that animals have some sort of sixth sense where they can determine things like this just to aggravate us.
DeleteI have to alternate to trick my cat. I smuggle new kinds of food into the house to surprise him! I never feed him more than half a can of any given brand. That's how afraid I am of his sudden indifference to a food he previously adored. When he was younger, he would literally eat anything. !SIGH!
ReplyDeleteMit Ton does understand English. I am sure of that. If you say, "Do eat Mitton," he hops up on his chair and then to his food bowl. The thing that freaks me out a bit is not only does he understand English but he will do what you say. What cat does that? Hence, the belief he is not really a cat
DeleteMy cats used to respond to my queries, one day Missy went out of the yard and was standing with her front paws on the bumper of Significant Other's truck bumper, she was thinking about jumping into the bed of the truck. I looked out the window and said "get your fuzzy butt back in the yard NOW! And she did, I didn't figure she would understand the "fuzzy butt" part, but apparently she did.
DeleteHilarious. She probably shot you a look that said, "I'm going back in the yard because I want to, not because you told me to."
